Registration is required for full access to the Patch Web Server. Your local Fujitsu Technology Solutions sales or service representative or a Fujitsu Technology Solutions authorised partner will take care of the registration process for you and can also provide information on maintenance contracts.
The patches provided in this web site ("the patches") can be applied to PRIMEPOWER and SPARC Enterprise systems only by the customer who purchased the product from Fujitsu Technology Solutions. The patches are provided "AS IS" without warranties of any kind, either expressed or implied (including, but not limited to, any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement). In no event shall Fujitsu Technology Solutions be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, punitive or other damages of any kind, including, but not limited to, loss of profits and loss of data, incurred by a customer arising out of or in connection with the use or non-use of the patches, even if Fujitsu Technology Solutions has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
